The Commercial Digital, AI & Sustainability Director role reports to the Vice President of Growth. The role serves as a business partner to Commercial, Marketing, Sustainability, Innovation, IT, and Business Unit leaders globally, driving the development and deployment of next-generation commercial capabilities that accelerate growth and improve commercial effectiveness.
This role leads the identification, prioritization, governance, and scaling of commercial AI, digital, and sustainability initiatives across the enterprise. The position evaluates opportunities, builds business cases, aligns stakeholders, and drives adoption of capabilities that strengthen customer engagement, improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and create measurable business impact. This leader helps ensure that digital innovation and sustainability are translated from strategic priorities into practical, scalable growth engines for the business.
