Job Description
Job Summary: Bancassurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads and selling insurance products to UOB Bank customers.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients by using available resources such as referrals, marketing campaigns or cold calling to generate sales leads.
•
Provide advice on appropriate insurance solutions based on client’s needs and recommend suitable insurance plans to them.
•
Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in system within timely manner.
•
Maintain good records of customer accounts and update customer’s information in system promptly.
•
Liaise with relevant departments to resolve complaints or disputes.
•
Stay up to date with changes in the financial services industry, including legislative requirements, trends and product innovations.
•
Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Qualifications: - Degree holder in any fields

At least 2 years of experience in Insurance industry, preferably Life Insurance
