Your main responsibilities will Include:
•
Ensure accurate & timely order placement and execution of process GFX trades and proper follow up on escalation for all issues and outstanding matter.
•
Initiate and support process improvements to make the process more efficient or mitigate risks.
•
Act as the primary point of coordination for escalated operational incidents, client complaints, and service-related issues, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
•
Attend to any ad-hoc and escalation queries received from Transfer Agent, Fund Manager and Clients.
•
Identify and challenge non-standard or exception-based processes, ensuring thorough risk assessments and appropriate controls are in place prior to implementation.
•
To be involved in any other task that assigned by the management including system enhancement functions, provides feedback on Business Requirement Documents, and participates in user acceptance testing as needed.
•
Regularly review the team governance, documentations, procedures, risk assessment document etc.
•
Assist Operations Manager for any relevant ad-hoc task.
