Do you enjoy fusing customer experience, operational knowledge, and financial understanding to create a holistic picture? Do you enjoy driving positive culture and team experience through inclusion and engagement? If so, Rapid and Rural Logistics (R2L) Finance is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst with a record of achieving results.
About the role
The RSR+ (Rural Super Rural) program is on a mission to bring delivery speed parity to rural and super rural customers across the country. We operate as a fulfillment center (FC) model within last-mile delivery — meaning we don’t just plan strategy, we build and run real operations. Our finance teams partner closely with our operations and program teams to influence the strategic direction of the business, drive operations excellence, and make sound investment and expansion decisions, with the primary goal of continuously improving the customer experience while driving long-term profitability for our portfolio of businesses. Our teams experiment, fail fast, learn, and scale rapidly, while maintaining a data-driven decision-making culture.
This role is responsible for financial consolidation, planning, and weekly and month-end close (MEC) reporting of financial performance of Freight-In cost, the cost to transport inventory to our fulfillment centers.
