Job Description
FLINT is seeking a Pipefitter Lead Hand with strong hands-on experience in piping installation and hydrostatic testing for a permanent role in Clairmont (Grande Prairie), Alberta starting end of September, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 12 Days In & 2 Days Out schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
•
Previous Lead Hand or supervisory experience in an industrial construction or maintenance environment.

Minimum 7 years’ experience with pipe installation, fitting, assembly, and alignment.
•
Demonstrated experience with hydrostatic testing of piping systems.
