You’ll divide your time between strategic leadership and hands-on delivery. You’ll start your week in governance forums—steering committee calls, executive status reviews, and decision meetings—where you present insights, flag risks, and secure buy-in for critical decisions. Mid-week, you’re embedded with your configuration, data, QA, development, and integration teams, ensuring every workstream is aligned and integrated. You’re the “single throat to choke” for your client—the one they call when they have concerns, when scope shifts, or when they need confidence that their project is on track.
You’ll proactively manage risks before they become crises: spotting dependencies early, modeling scenarios, stress-testing timelines, and presenting options with clear recommendations. You’re accountable for scope, schedule, budget, and quality—and you’re not afraid to have tough conversations about trade-offs.
