DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Staff Program Manager and contribute to global scientific advancement. In this strategic leadership role, you’ll guide complex, multi-disciplinary programs across our organization, from concept through commercialization. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams in developing innovative solutions that help our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Responsibilities
Working closely with R&D, Operations, Product Management, and other key stakeholders, you’ll oversee program execution, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate successful product launches. You’ll establish and maintain program governance, manage budgets and resources, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Your strategic approach and leadership will be essential in delivering breakthrough technologies and solutions that advance scientific discovery.
This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with accomplished professionals across our organization. You’ll have significant influence in shaping product roadmaps and advancing innovation in areas ranging from life sciences research to semiconductor manufacturing.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
