Are you an experienced operational leader who thrives on running and improving a diverse, high-mix manufacturing environment? As the Value Stream Lead for our Industrial & Specialty Products operation at Oribi, you’ll take the lead as the senior operational leader accountable for the overall outcomes, profitability, and ongoing advancement of the value stream. You’ll manage every aspect of the value stream — aligning production, engineering, quality, and supply chain operations across established manufacturing lines — with a focus on cutting waste, optimizing flow, and consistently delivering safety, quality, and on-time performance. You’ll direct operational strategies that balance the flexibility and changeover demands of a higher-mix, lower-volume product base while driving continuous improvement throughout the plant. Success in this role requires a hands-on leadership style, deep knowledge of machining processes, methods, equipment, and tools, and proficiency in Lean manufacturing methodologies. You’ll direct production supervisors, manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, and technicians, and work closely with sourcing, engineering, quality, and Lean teams to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
