Industrialization projects
•
Carry out pre-studies and definition studies for assembly and control processes, in compliance with the Somfy Production System.
•
Draw up specifications for new equipment and automated equipment programs.
•
Run supplier consultations and validate technical choices, particularly automation-related aspects.
•
Lead the functional analysis and the organic analysis of automation.
•
Validate electrical diagrams and challenge the risk analysis.
•
Ensure follow-up of equipment realization — from development and acceptance at special-machine suppliers through to start-up and qualification on site.
Continuous improvement & production support
•
Carry out modifications to PLC, drive and HMI programs, and the associated electrical modifications and documentation.
•
Program and optimize robot cycles.
•
Create and adjust product control cycles according to quality specifications.
•
Pilot the modifications required to optimize assembly processes and improve equipment reliability.
•
Provide technical support to users and to the maintenance team.
OT / Industrial IT (site bridgehead)
•
Operate, maintain and secure the site’s OT infrastructure (industrial PCs, iBox / Linux edge devices, industrial networks).
•
Administer Linux-based industrial systems (services, users, scripting, updates).
•
