As the Engineering Technical Director, you will serve as the senior technical expert for complex electrical systems across these project types. This role is responsible for setting the technical direction, ensuring engineering excellence, and providing deep subject matter expertise from concept through construction. You will work closely with executive leadership, project teams, and clients while mentoring engineers and elevating the technical quality of our work nationwide.
This role is ideal for a seasoned electrical engineering leader who thrives in technically demanding environments and wants to shape how large-scale projects are designed and delivered.

•
Provide expert guidance during pursuit, preconstruction, design development, permitting, and construction phases.
•
Establish, refine, and uphold electrical engineering standards and best practices across applicable project types.
•
Lead technical decision-making for power distribution systems, emergency systems, grounding, coordination studies, and life safety systems.
•
Review and validate engineering documentation to ensure accuracy, constructability, and code compliance.
•
Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution on complex technical challenges.
•
Partner with project executives and clients as the subject matter expert to support technical strategy and solution development.
•
Identify innovative approaches that improve efficiency, coordination, and system performance while maintaining design integrity.
