About the role
We are looking to add a Salesforce Integration Engineer to join our SFDC team, within the Product side of the business. You will play a critical role in defining and developing interfaces and integrations of the Salesforce solutions to other Salesforce solutions, external applications, and external partners. Your role will also involve designing integrations that comply with integration architecture standards, recommended best practices, scalability and performance expectations considering Salesforce system resources and limits.
Requirements

Excellent technical knowledge and strong communication skills.
•
Solid technical expertise in Salesforce integration products and solutions, Agentforce, and Salesforce DX.
•
Proven experience architecting robust, highly scalable Salesforce integration solutions with enterprise platforms, including MuleSoft, ERP, HCM, middleware, data warehousing, and BI/AI solutions.
•
Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
•
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on project delivery experience, including large-scale, end-to-end implementations for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
•
Collaborate with the Solution Architect and technical teams to understand integration requirements and design the integration framework.
•
Define, design, develop, test, and deploy interfaces and integrations for Salesforce solutions.
•
Define integration test plans and test cases, and execute integration testing.
•
Set up required environments and coordinate with other application teams to establish integrated development and testing environments.
•
Design and develop robust interfaces following best practices, security standards, scalability requirements, performance expectations, and Salesforce platform limits.
•
Design and develop data load processes, point-to-point interfaces, and middleware-based integrations, including MuleSoft, based on project requirements.
•
Establish guidelines and best practices for Salesforce interface design, development, and code/design reviews.
•
Participate in and support the design and development of pre-built solutions and processes.
•
Maintain deep technical knowledge of Salesforce integration technologies and solutions.
•
Conduct integration workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal and external teams.
