Position Summary:
The Attendant/Cashier is responsible for all point of sale and supporting transactions with internal and external Food and Beverage customers.
Responsibilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
•
Takes guests orders in a timely fashion
•
Responsible for serving, bussing and streamlining service at table and counter seating
•
Actively up sells products and uses endorsements at all appropriate service opportunities
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
•
Maintains all legal beverage service guidelines
•
Prepares and breaks down service stations in accordance with dining room standards
•
Assists guests with any general casino information, when needed
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
•
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
•
Good verbal and written communication skills
•
Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers in English
Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
•
Knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, glassware, garnishes and beverage service techniques
•

Training Requirements:
