The role has four focus areas:
•
Market and Portfolio Strategy: Set the Singapore product vision and priorities across card and non-card payments, balancing near-term commercial delivery with longer-term market and technology shifts.
•
Client-Led Commercialization: Partner with clients to identify growth opportunities, shape differentiated propositions and accelerate adoption, activation, engagement and payment volume.
•
Innovation and Ecosystem Leadership: Advance digital, data-led and emerging payment capabilities, including stablecoin-enabled payment flows and agentic commerce, by connecting customer needs, market signals, Visa platforms and ecosystem partners.
•
Enterprise and Talent Leadership: Mobilize cross-functional teams around common outcomes, build a high-performing Product organization and strengthen the market’s product capability and leadership pipeline.
The position requires a structured and programmatic approach to product strategy, portfolio choices, commercialization and execution. The Product team works closely with Sales, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Consulting & Analytics, Client Services, Government Engagement, Technology and regional and global Product teams to deliver initiatives that are strategic, technically complex and cross-functional in nature.
