About the role

Responsibilities
On the job:

Fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails

Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks

Responsible for the proper operation of all bar equipment
•
Maintain beverage quality and service standards contributing to positive guest experience
•
Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21
