About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Service Technician to be an integral part of the daily operations at our Aviva AutoCare Centre located in Mississauga.
You will be charged with assessing vehicle damage in terms of mechanical and electrical components. Ensuring ‘what matters’ to our customers is central to how the business operates by achieving customer satisfaction and financial performance while producing quality repairs.

What You’ll Do:
•
Use diagnostic equipment to diagnose and repair electric faults
•
Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, identify root causes and develop solutions
•
Diagnose and repair mechanical damage, e.g. Engine, suspension, steering
•
Diagnose and repair air-conditioning, refrigeration and heating systems.
•
Diagnose and repair wiring and other electrical systems and equipment
•
Use computerized machine for wheel alignment
•
Ensure repairs flow through workshop and identify issues that result in failure
•
Be an active member of the team encouraging a collaborative working environment focusing on what matters to the customer
•
Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment
•
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of materials
•
Promote Aviva AutoCare Centre values and goals
What You’ll Bring:

What You’ll get:

The salary band for this position ranges from $75,000 to $120,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
