[What the role is]
The Community Relations Senior/Executive supports the department’s smooth operation. He/she will work closely with and support the various branches in executing their tasks and delivering the intended outcomes.
[What you will be working on]
The candidate’s key job duties are:
•
Handle budgetary tracking, procurement and payment matters
•
Manage queries from public and stakeholders
•
Provide admin and logistical support for the branch operations
•
Update materials on PUB digital platforms (e.g. website)
•
Provide support in engagement efforts of PUB’s partners
•
Track department’s stakeholder engagement efforts and assets
•
Cover Personal Assistant (PA) duties for Director as needed
•
Assist in other duties to support the department’s daily operations as assigned
[What we are looking for]
• Diploma in communications or related fields
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills (a good command of English is essential while working knowledge of the mother tongue is preferred)
• IT-savvy and highly conversant in office software such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
