We are looking for a Senior Director of Partner Marketing to lead Five9’s global partner marketing team and serve as the marketing counterpart to the Partner organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Marketing, this leader will design and run the marketing motion behind Partner Fusion — Five9’s program spanning the Channel (system integrators and resellers), Technology Partners (ISVs), and Strategic Partners (global technology and cloud platforms).
This role owns the full arc of partner marketing: marketing to partners to recruit and enable them, through partners to create demand in their installed base and territories, and with partners to bring joint solutions to market at scale. The global partner marketing team is one of four pillars of Revenue Marketing — alongside the regional Demand Generation teams (Americas and International, which run direct and ABM campaigns through vertical-aligned managers), the Sales Development team (which works the inbound demand those campaigns create and runs outbound outreach to ABM accounts), and the Events team (industry, partner, and Five9 events). Revenue Marketing is Five9’s primary pipeline engine, and within it this team owns the pipeline that comes through the partner channel, in partnership with the Partner organization. Partner marketing is never a silo: it is woven into the same audience strategy, the same campaign calendar, and the same pipeline goals as the rest of the demand engine.
The right candidate is a builder and an operator who has partnered extensively with channel, alliance, and field teams, and who is equally comfortable shaping a hyperscaler co-marketing plan and a regional reseller’s quarterly demand calendar. They will partner with the SVP, Global Partners & Alliances and the organizations they lead to set joint priorities, and with the regional Demand Generation teams, the Events team, and Product Marketing to make the ecosystem’s contribution show up in pipeline and ARR.
Partner Fusion is still taking shape, and this leader will help define what it becomes — the segmentation of partner types, the marketing playbook for each, the co-investment model, and the shared measurement that proves the ecosystem is creating incremental growth rather than reallocating it.
