What You Can Expect:
•
Responsible for domestic transportation activities according to customer requirements
•
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understand to customers’ business needs
and advise appropriate solutions.

Ensure Rhenus’s service always meets customer requirements.
•
Monitor, collect data and report service implementation to customers and subcontractors about
the effectiveness of services provided to Rhenus.
•
Contact the distributor, partner to solve problems before and after completing the phone delivery
process or via e-mail
•
Establish and monitor the project’s profits, and implement the reconciliation process and payment
with customers and subcontractors.
•
Guide and monitor the jobs allocated to employees for employees to complete the job
•
Regularly open meetings with subcontractors and team members to communicate information for
improvement
•
Organize training and guide Subcontractors to meet the requirements of customers and Rhenus
•
Other jobs required by superiors.
