Job Description:
This position is on-site at our Store Support Center in Sunbury, Pennsylvania with potential for a hybrid work schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

Assist Management with system implementations and testing.
•
Prepare analysis for Management and external auditors for quarterly and Annual analytical reviews.
•

Areas of reporting focus could include the following: sales, gross margin and operating income by company, region, and store; labor; inventory; and weekly forecasting.

Qualification Requirements
To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
Education and/or Experience
•
4 Year Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
•
0 - 5 years of experience in a field of accounting or finance, internship preferred if 0 years of experience.
Senior Staff Accountant Criteria
•
3+ years of experience in a field of accounting
•
Previous experience as a Financial Analyst preferred.
•
Ability to identify financial issues and propose resolution to management.
•
Display the skills to operate and lead the department in manager absence.
•
Act as a role model and provide guidance to staff accountants and clerical staff.
•
Advanced spreadsheet/database/computer knowledge.
