Bizowie is seeking a full-time, Software Analyst to expand the operations team working on our Bizowie Cloud ERP™ platform.

Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include:
•
Develop a deep understanding of the Bizowie Cloud ERP product and customers’ diverse business needs and requirements
•
Demonstrate product knowledge by completing complex project work
•
Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests
•
Stay current on new system releases and functionality
•
Create product specifications that serve as a blueprint for the development team to build out new features or functionality
•
Design, document and execute test plans and procedures to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested before deployment
•
Demonstrate ability to document customer facing materials for new features and functionality
Requirements
Qualifications:

2+ years experience in an analytical role
•
