About the role

You’ll become the go-to expert on our vehicle lineup learning every feature, trim level, and technology package across all models. You’ll stay up to date on new releases, manufacturer updates, and market trends, and use that knowledge to support both customers and team members. Whether it’s walking a customer through the latest infotainment system, highlighting the benefits of a new model during a test drive, or backing up the sales team with product knowledge, you’ll be key in making sure everyone drives away informed and confident.
