Position Summary
Lead Taiwan Front-End Manufacturing workplace and office planning strategy to support business growth, employee experience, and long-term site expansion. Drive office space planning, workspace optimization, parking strategy, and workplace enhancement initiatives across Taiwan sites while partnering with business leaders, facilities, HR, and site stakeholders to ensure future readiness and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Office Space Planning & Strategy
•
Develop and execute Taiwan site office space strategies aligned with headcount growth forecasts.
•
Lead office layout planning, seating allocation, and space utilization optimization.
•
Manage office expansion, relocation, consolidation, and new-site workspace planning projects.
•
Establish workplace standards and occupancy guidelines across sites.

•
Own workplace improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and productivity.
