Rewards is where Sezzle turns everyday shopping into value for our customers. Through the Earn experience in the Sezzle app, shoppers earn Sezzle Points by scanning receipts, completing offers, and engaging with our partners. Receipt scanning is one of our newest and fastest-growing earning features, and you’ll be one of the people closest to it. You’ll see how it works in the real world, find where it breaks, and help decide what gets fixed first.
This is an operations role with a strong product lens. You’ll work with the product manager, engineering, design, and data teams to make sure the receipt scanning experience is accurate, fair, and hard to abuse. Your work will feed directly into what the team builds next. If you like finding patterns in messy real-world data and turning them into clear recommendations, this role is for you.
