Your Role

The Product Strategy team develops & drives product strategy for the different lines of business. The Product Strategist, Consultant Self-Funded & Buy-Ups will support the self-funded line of business translating market insights, business objectives, client needs, and regulatory requirements into actionable product strategies. This role will support competitive insights, product roadmaps, and strategic recommendations that drive growth, retention, and profitability.

The Product Strategist, Consultant will report to the Director, Self Funded & Buy-Ups.
