What you will do:
•
Inspire, engage and lead a team of engineers managing quality, on time delivery, cost, milestones, engineering processes, productivity projects and innovation.

Provide technical support to cross-functional teams, such as manufacturing engineering, suppliers, quality, and operations, in each of their deliverables.
•
Complete Project coordination with Project partners, Cross functional Managers. Complete Understanding of tools and technologies used in Engineering Design. Performs Design reviews and mentors Design Engineers. Consistently delivers high-quality Design deliverables.

Technically Manage a large team of engineers while handling their annual objectives, performance, growth and development, global projects, Trainings.
•
Demonstrable leadership skills, professional and positive approach, diligent with attention to detail, team player and able to work on own initiative, assertive, adaptable, creative and a willingness to go the extra mile when required.
What you will bring:
•
Hands on exp in engineering design while working on NPD, VAVE, Design automation, Productivity and QNR projects
•
