Position Summary
Fire & Ice is seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Electrical Install Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform residential electrical installations, upgrades, replacements, and system improvements with a strong emphasis on safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. You’ll represent Fire & Ice in the field, ensuring every homeowner receives reliable, high‑quality service.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
•
Install residential electrical systems including panels, circuits, outlets, lighting, surge protection, and grounding systems.
•
Perform service upgrades, rewiring projects, and new equipment installations according to NEC standards.
•
Diagnose electrical issues and provide clear, professional recommendations to homeowners.
•
Ensure all installations meet local, state, and national electrical codes.
•
Communicate effectively with customers regarding project scope, timelines, and system operation.
•
Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and other field technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
•
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and job status.
•
Uphold Fire & Ice’s standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care.
•
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
•
