[What you will be working on]
We’re looking for a Designer to join the Design team and help shape the future of digital products and services that support Singapore’s Foreign Service.
MFA is modernising the digital capabilities that enable diplomacy, consular services and international engagement. These digital platforms support officers across headquarters and Singapore’s overseas missions, empowering them to collaborate effectively, respond to evolving global developments and deliver trusted services to Singaporeans and international partners.
As a Designer, you’ll own the design of features and user journeys across internal and citizen-facing products, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, policy officers, foreign service officers and fellow designers to understand user needs, uncover opportunities and deliver intuitive digital experiences.
You’ll apply user-centred design, systems thinking and research to translate complex operational and policy requirements into thoughtful, accessible and scalable solutions. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you’ll contribute to end-to-end product delivery while collaborating with the team to continuously improve the quality and consistency of MFA’s digital products.
