Deliver district business plan outputs—for system performance, maintenance, and reliability in line with regulatory commitments (e.g. Customer Minutes Lost, Customer Interruptions).
Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities (preventive and corrective) across overhead lines, underground cables, and substations.
Respond promptly to network faults, carrying out diagnosis, isolation, restoration, and repair activities.
Produce and implement fault rectification plans; minimise customer interruptions during fault resolution and capital works.
Ensure continuous system performance by analysing fault data, extracting insights, and implementing improvement measures.
Record and report maintenance/fault activities accurately into corporate systems to ensure compliance and traceability.
Deliver capital investment and fault-related projects with strict adherence to safety, regulatory requirements, and cost targets.
Lead and promote an exemplary safety culture; maintain high standards of health & safety compliance across all activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to deliver planned maintenance and emergency fault repair works.
Assist project planning to minimise planned and unplanned outages and align maintenance with business objectives.
Drive continual performance improvement through analysis of outputs and feedback from internal and external sources.
Integrate asset stewardship and ownership values through sound engineering principles and coordinated planning and delivery activities to improve integrity, safety, and longevity of the electrical network.
