Overview
We are supporting a financial services organisation seeking an experienced MiFID & Consumer Duty specialist to support the enhancement of its regulatory programme. This is a hands-on contract role focused on strengthening frameworks, policies, and controls across MiFID and Consumer Duty.
The successful consultant will work closely with Compliance and key stakeholders to uplift documentation, governance, and control effectiveness in line with regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
•
Support the enhancement of the MiFID and Consumer Duty programme
•
Review, update, and draft policies, frameworks, and written programmes
•
Assist with the design and refinement of regulatory controls
•
Provide subject matter expertise across MiFID and Consumer Duty requirements
•
Support governance, oversight, and regulatory alignment activities
•
Collaborate with internal teams to embed improvements into BAU processes
•
Produce clear, regulator-ready documentation where required
Requirements
