This position will be responsible for preparing detailed working shop drawings and details for internal and/or external projects. Responsibilities:
· Transforms initial rough designs into working documents using computer aided design (AutoCAD).
· Collaborates with design originators to resolve discrepancies and create multipurpose drawings (approval, engineering, installation).
· Incorporates manufacture standards and Flynn’s standards, to meet warranty requirements and provide all information for successful material installation.
· Creates original shop drawings in 3D model, and respective drawings using Revit & AutoCAD.
· Utilizes AutoCAD® to produce 2D drawings as directed.
· Has the ability to create bill of materials for architectural sheet metal projects, and/or glazing projects.
· Uses of Microsoft® Word, excel, outlook, and Bluebeam as part of daily routine.
