Workday Senior Integration Consultant - FIN
Purpose
•
Oversee delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Financials integrations within CloudRock’s Financials integration practice.
•
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and work with global stakeholders on scalable post-production support.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead the FINS Integrations team to deliver and support Workday Financials integrations.
•
Serve as Hypercare Lead after go-live and the senior escalation point for integration issues.
•
Lead client discussions and solutioning workshops to turn requirements into technical architecture.
•
Review and approve estimates, solution designs, and integration documentation.
•
Monitor team performance, balance workload, and support hiring and development of consultants.
•
Drive automation, best practice, and knowledge sharing; ensure adherence to delivery standards.
Required Experience
•
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
•
7+ years delivering technical solutions for HCM, Payroll, or Financials systems.
•
4+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience, including 2+ years leading teams or projects.
•
Strong Workday Financials integration background (accounting journals, supplier invoices, expense reports, bank integrations).
•
Deep expertise in Studio, Core Connectors, CCTPP, Web Services (SOAP/REST), PICOF, PECI, XSLT, and Advanced Reporting.
•
