As a communications professional, you know how to inform and engage key audiences and help promote an organization’s reputation. We’re looking for a communications specialist like you with change management (CM) experience, who is ready to grow and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you’ll advance your skills to design, develop, produce, and advise on a variety of internal and external products that support our Department of War (DoW) customers.
As a communications specialist, you will design, develop, and execute communications strategies that inform, engage, and align key audiences. Your expertise in CM will help drive successful adoption of digital solutions, support organizational readiness, and ensure that transformation initiatives deliver measurable results.

You Have:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
