About the role
We are looking for a Third-Party Logistics & Project Logistics Planner to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Senior Logistics Manager and based in Newark, DE. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Manages Logistics & Materials Project Coordination with Suppliers.
· Tracks Receipts & Coordination of movements and storage for Electrical Gear.
· Administrator of third-party logistics (3PL) Cycle counts.
· Conducts on site audits of 3PLs ( i.e. inventory accuracy, organization, labelling and space management).
· Manage damage claims.
· Ensure inventory accuracy across 3PL locations.
· Improve coordination of project shipments to customer sites.
· Maintain on-time delivery performance and execution efficiency.
· Provide the operational support needed as project volumes continue to scale.
· Travel up to 10-15% as required to support supplier visits, warehouse audits, project locations, and operational reviews.
Skills and Experience:
· High school diploma required.
· Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Salary Ranges:
$88,600.00 - $127,400.00
