Job Summary:
Responsible for operating production equipment as per SOP, ensuring EHS compliance, quality control, and machine upkeep. Supports Kaizens, housekeeping, 5S, and coordination with teams. Requires knowledge of monolithic/precast production, crane/machine handling, basic pneumatics, drawings, and measurements.
Responsibilities:
• Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc in workplace
• Ensuring operation of equipment/machineries as per SOP/instruction
• Ensuring quality & process control during production as per QC.
• Maintain good health/condition of machine
• Ensuring participation in KAIZENS (improvements jobs)
• Participation in all EHS initiatives
• Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion
• Ensuring proper coordination with other departments
• Allocation of manpower
• General store management and 5S
Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:
