About the Role
BP is seeking an expert Group Transformation Consultant to partner with business leaders and teams in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across the organisation. This role will play a key part in driving organisational agility, embedding customer-centric ways of working, improving employee engagement, and supporting balanced culture change. The successful candidate will combine strong change management expertise with critical thinking, customer influence, and analytical capability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead and support the implementation of agile ways of working across teams and transformation programmes.
•
Assess current operating models, identify improvement opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations.
•
Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and customer. engagements to align teams around transformation objectives.
•
Design and implement culture and behavioural change initiatives that support business strategy.
•
Embed customer-centric thinking into transformation activities and decision-making processes.
•
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to support adoption and minimise resistance to change.
•
Build strong relationships with customers at all levels and influence outcomes without direct authority.
•
Conduct leadership assessments and provide guidance to leaders navigating organisational change.
•
Apply established change management methodologies to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
•
Address workforce concerns and support leaders in leading organisational impacts effectively.
•
Chip in to organisational design and development activities, helping create effective and sustainable structures.
•
Leverage knowledge of BP’s business environment to tailor transformation approaches and maximise impact.
•
Support strategic planning by providing insights, recommendations, and lessons learned from transformation programmes.
•
Develop reporting and performance metrics using Excel and other tools to track transformation progress and outcomes.
