As an SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Architect and Engineer, you will lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of SAP BTP solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, integrated, and innovative business applications that extend SAP systems such as S/4HANA and Ariba.

Design and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
•
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architectures.
•
Develop and maintain applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM), SAP UI5, and SAP Integration Suite.
•
Optimize and troubleshoot existing integrations to enhance performance and reliability.
Mandatory Qualifications:
•
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP and CPI.
•
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the ETL/API Integration Platform(e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Talend).
•
7+ years of hands-on experience in the IT Industry as an Application Architect and Engineer.
•
Strong understanding of SAP integration tools, methodologies, and cloud architecture.
•
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, or Python for cloud development.
•
SAP BTP or S/4HANA System Administration certification preferred.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
•
Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Desired Qualifications:
•
Experience with SAP NetWeaver, HANA DB administration, and S/4HANA system configuration.
•
Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, and SAP Build.
•
Experience in DevOps practices and tools on SAP BTP.
•
Familiarity with ITIL practices and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
•
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
