Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and independently execute end-to-end projects related to FCC systems from initial design through to post-implementation review.
• Drive continuous enhancements for transaction monitoring and screening systems to improve operational efficiency and standardization.
• Serve as the primary FCC representative to design, execute, and independently manage the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle.
• Ensure all system deployments and transitional phases adhere to strict operational controls and risk-mitigation frameworks.
• Validate that all system updates, logic or model tuning, and platform changes fully align with applicable regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Act as the core liaison between FCC, ITG and other relevant stakeholders to translate compliance needs into robust technical specifications.
• Oversee defect triaging during testing cycles and implement manual oversight safeguards to minimize model and operational risks.
• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks within FCC workflows to reduce false-positive drag while maintaining robust controls.
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation, business requirements, and UAT logs to ensure complete transparency for internal and external reviewers.
• Promote agile & data-driven transformation cultural to CCG members.
Requirements:
