About the role
In this role, you will contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of our SAP Sales & Distribution landscape, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver reliable and effective solutions.
Your Role
•
Administration, operation, and maintenance of global SAP SD applications and processes
•
Contribution to global SAP projects and initiatives within the SAP Sales & Distribution environment
•
Project management and coordination of SAP-related initiatives
•
Implementation of business requirements and approved change requestsClose collaboration with Sales and IT stakeholders to optimize and enhance SAP SD processes
•
Analysis, classification, and processing of incoming requests within the ticket management system
•
Incident and problem management in a 2nd-level support environment, including support for self-developed applications.
Your Profile
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations, Behavioral Science, or comparable professional experience
•
More than five years of professional experience in SAP Sales and several years of project management experience
•
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
•
Experience leading and delivering SAP transformation initiatives.
•
Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and Englishin German and English
•
Experience with agile methodologies and ITIL service operations
•
SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
