The position establishes technical best practices and mentors the Field Service Technician team in developing high-quality work instructions, diagnostic procedures, repair manuals, and supporting documentation. Working closely with engineering, the Lead Field Systems Technician identifies and resolves system-level issues while improving the quality, consistency, and technical capability of the team.
