You will drive enterprise Digital and GenAI transformation by identifying, shaping, and advancing the next generation of business capabilities, products, platforms, and operating models that create measurable competitive advantage and enterprise value.

Lead identification and development of enterprise-wide digital, AI, and GenAI transformation opportunities aligned to strategic business priorities.

Partner with senior business and technology leaders to define future-state capabilities, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.

Translate business strategy, market trends, and emerging technologies into actionable product, platform, and AI investment opportunities.
•
Drive enterprise thinking beyond automation use cases toward transformational growth, efficiency, customer, and workforce outcomes.
•
Build business cases, value hypotheses, strategic recommendations, and executive-ready investment proposals.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$141,500.00 - $176,900.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
