Ingredients of this Job
The role of the Deployement Consultant is to oversee, prepare and implement projects of McDonald’s Corporation and monitor the consistent execution by the restaurants in order to enhance customer and employee experience and to maximize sales and profit.
This role requires regular visits to the restaurants to ensure successful project implementation.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
•
Building strong working relationships with franchisees and restaurants based on trust and mutual accountability;
•
Preparing restaurants for the implementation of projects and initiatives;
•
Set-up implementation plans and training materials;
•
Working together with internal and external stakeholders;
•
Using key business metrics to analyze the impact on business results for deployed solutions;
•
Ensuring franchisee execution and compliance with Company Gold Standards and develop action plans, milestones and task schedules;
•
Providing coaching and on-site support to execute various programs deemed necessary;
•
Identifying threats and opportunities for new projects implementation quality leveraging project KPIs and gathering feedback from customers and project stakeholders.
