About the role
Join our Operations M’Hmadia team as a Manager of Production (F/M) and play a key role in developing state-of-the-art production capabilities for a variety of products. You will help create the best possible production conditions with regard to cost, quality and time, while continuously developing production and contributing to better health for more people.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
•
Plan production capacities on a long- and mid-term basis
•
Develop investment plans and resource planning in line with business and sales plans
•
Build a strong team capable of setting up and running state-of-the-art production
•
Develop a long-term technological vision for the plant(s)
•
Maintain a comprehensive overview of technological trends and plan their implementation within the plant(s)
•
Devise and implement people development and training plans for employees to enable technological developments
What Will Convince Us
•
Academic degree in Engineering or a similar subject
•
