What You’ll Do
About the role
We’re not looking for someone to simply manage testing—we’re looking for an engineering leader who can redefine how quality is built into mission-critical banking software.
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you’ll drive the quality engineering strategy for our enterprise SaaS platform, designing scalable automation frameworks and embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver resilient, high-performing solutions while championing modern quality engineering practices.
In this role, you will:

Define and drive the quality engineering and automation strategy.
•
Design scalable automation frameworks across UI, APIs, backend services, and integrations.
•
Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
•
Lead API, database, event-driven, and end-to-end testing.
•
Improve performance, resilience, and scalability through continuous testing.
•
Establish quality metrics and engineering best practices.
•
Mentor engineers and promote a culture of engineering excellence.
•
Explore and adopt AI-driven approaches to enhance quality engineering.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking experienced Quality Engineering professionals (6–9 years) who think like software engineers and are passionate about building quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:

Proven experience designing and building scalable automation frameworks.
•
Strong expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
•
Hands-on experience with API automation (Rest Assured/Postman), SQL, and backend validation.
•
Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
•
Knowledge of performance testing, Kafka/event-driven systems, and cloud-native applications (preferably Azure/Kubernetes).
