What We Offer To Our Maintenance Technicians
•
Pay: $24/hour (and up depending on experience)
•
On-call pay:
•
$150/week (calls or no calls)
•
Additional $150 per holiday on-call
•
Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance
Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team
What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician
•
Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
•
Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
•
Troubleshoot, repair and install HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and carpentry items
•
Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
•
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
What We’re Looking For In A Maintenance Technician
