•
Create and deliver monthly SEO reports, covering keyword movements, traffic, conversions, content performance, key achievements, and other valuable metrics.

•
Mentor junior SEO team members, particularly on content optimisation and on-page best practice.
•
Collaborate with stakeholders on wider website initiatives.
•
Support the Organic Search Manager in delivering the overall SEO strategy to improve organic performance and drive organic traffic and conversions.
•
Monitor and analyse competitor content and SEO performance, identifying topical gaps and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
•
Regularly analyse SEO and content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEOMonitor, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
•
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, content best practice, and search engine/AI algorithm updates, providing recommendations to adapt strategy and tactics accordingly.
