We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (GTM) to support our ambitious goal of scaling operations twice in the next 4 years, with a major focus on extending Sales & Marketing functions mostly in the APAC.
Our recruitment process prioritizes quality assessment and attracting top talent in the market. In this role, you will work predominantly with roles within our Sales and Marketing teams, managing the entire candidate funnel from screening to job offer. You’ll have the possibility to innovate, optimize processes, and build partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a partner and advisor.
You’ll be supported by specialists in sourcing, Employer Brand, and TA enablement, along with top-tier recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, Monday, and Metaview) to ensure efficiency, speed, and quality in hiring.
This role is fully remote within China, with a flexible schedule.
