Teach college-level Psychology classes and support students’ language development

Plan lessons and prepare teaching materials aligned with program outcomes

Design and administer assessments including exams

Complete grading and provide timely feedback

Maintain accurate teaching records and follow academic requirements

Participate in meetings and coordinate with relevant departments as needed

Monthly base salary of 16,000 to 18,000 RMB commensurate with qualifications and experience

Salary increase may be offered based on qualifications and experience

Round-trip airfare reimbursement from home country to China up to CNY 14,000

Travel allowance CNY 2,000–6,000 per academic year based on qualifications
•
Overtime allowance CNY 150–300 per hour based on tasks and qualifications
