About You
This position primarily works in the residential change out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul, of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.
•
You will take accountability and have ownership to lead a high performing installation team
•
Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus!
•
Customer-focused mindset; active listening, have attention to detail, and find solutions to best meet customer’s needs
•
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements

EPA Certification (required to be eligible for bonus), preferred. Masters will pay for you to obtain one if you do not have one!
