Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Manager, Head, and Lead level roles
•
Proactively source and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping
•
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess leadership qualities, management experience, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals
•
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process, including sensitive and confidential negotiation stages
Requirements

3+ years of recruitment experience
•

•
