Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
1.
Organize production according to the company’s production plan to ensure that capacity and yield meet production targets.
2.
Responsible for production line personnel management, work order material management, and on-site 5S and safety management.
3.
Responsible for daily inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of on-site equipment and molds.
4.
Train employees to ensure they strictly follow work instructions, and maintain training records.
5.
Conduct regular on-site inspections to identify safety hazards, propose corrective actions, and be responsible for completing and submitting various safety records.
6.
Identify process and quality changes during production, propose improvement suggestions to enhance manufacturing capability.
7.
Work schedule: Two shifts (rotating day/night shifts)

Qualifications
1.
Associate degree or above
